Listeriosis is in some of the meat of the Maple Leaf Company. Listeriosis is a deadly disease that make people very ill. To be safe I threw out all of my Maple Leaf meat as I did not want to take any chances. If I were you I would do the same as this is a serious matter that must be stopped. It harms the elderly and the unborn the most. Usually men at 76 and women at 80. Listeriousis is often found in soil, vegetation, animal feed and feces, and recently inside the processed meats of the Maple Leaf Plant in Toronto. Eiwwww animal feed and feces? That's in our meat?
Personally, it will be a long time before I buy Maple Leaf Products again.

OMG! I agree so much! That's so grosse! I can't believe this! Good thing we don't buy Maple Leaf! Phew!! Well keep posting cuz I think ur really interesting!

LoL I got so scared because on the radio it said that it had been found in Subway meats as well from Maple Leaf and that other day I had gone to Subway and had a foot long Chicken Breast sandwich...... oh noes!

You would think in today's world that we would be SAFE from this kind of poisoning!
